Sizes of the belts are measured from the tip of the buckle (where the pin sits, including the buckle) to the middle hole - this should be your actual waist size. This places the middle belt hole to be at your measurement and there is room for adjustment either way.
As an example, if we measure 100 cm, then we choose size 100, knowing that we will place the belt in the central hole.
